John Anderson

President and CEO, (NMLS ID 509192)

As President and CEO, John is the driving force in the direction and continued growth of Quad City Bank & Trust. John ensures the further success of Quad City Bank & Trust by utilizing his tremendous knowledge of the banking industry and personal service to focus on relationship banking, community involvement, and corporate culture. He began his career with Davenport Bank & Trust (now Wells Fargo) and later moved to Brenton Bank, where he served as Chairman, President and CEO of the Davenport operation. John is deeply committed to the Quad City area and serves on a number of community boards. He serves as Board Chairman of Rick's House of Hope, Director of St. Ambrose University, Director of Genesis Health System Foundation, and Board Member of the American Heart Association. Most recently, John has served as past Chairman of the Ridgecrest Foundation, past Director of the Quad City Symphony, past Chairman of Exchange City / Junior Achievement, past Executive Board member of Junior Achievement of the Quad City Area, past Director Bettendorf Schools Foundation, past Chairman of the Humane Society of Scott County, and past Board Member of Garden Growers.


Mike Bauer

Consultant, Retired Co-Founder

As co-founder of Quad City Bank & Trust, Mike is easily recognized in the banking industry both locally and statewide. He gained firsthand experience as a Correspondent Banking Officer earlier in his career. Mike understands community banks are best served by an institution that shares their vision. He is actively involved in many civic organizations and serves as a director of St. Ambrose University, Kahl Home for the Aged and Infirm, DavenportOne, Iowa Council, Boy Scouts of America, and Junior Achievement Free Enterprise Foundation. He also serves on the Finance Council of the Diocese of Davenport. Along with Mr. Hultquist, Mr. Bauer received the 1998 Ernst & Young "Entrepreneur of the Year" award for the Iowa and Nebraska region, and was inducted into the Quad Cities Area Junior Achievement Business Hall of Fame in 2003.

Jeff Lockwood

Executive Vice President, Chief Lending Officer

While overseeing our Commercial Banking Department, Jeff utilizes 28 years of banking experience to provide financial solutions to area businesses and their owners. Jeff received his Bachelor's Degree from Iowa State University. Active in the community, he is a Board member of Vera French Mental Health Center, past Board Member of Variety - The Children's Charity, past member of the United Way Cabinet Committee, past member of the New Ventures Initiative Board, and serves as a volunteer for Junior Achievement and the Humane Society.

Kathy Francque

Senior Vice President

With more than 35 years of banking experience, Kathy assists clients and their companies with their technology, cash management and depository needs, helping them optimize their monetary efficiencies. Kathy has over 25 years experience in providing sales and support services for Correspondent Banks throughout Iowa and Illinois, and has been managing the correspondent banking department since its inception in 1994. Kathy has extensive experience in banking operations, data processing, marketing, and sales. Kathy currently serves as a board member for the Mississippi Valley Bank Association and a committee member with the Illinois Banker's Association.

Gene Frey

1st Vice President

Gene originally joined Quad City Bank & Trust in 1997. With 38 years of banking experience, including lending, operations and retail banking, Gene develops and services relationships with correspondent banks in the Iowa and Illinois markets. He is a graduate of the School of Bank Administration and the Graduate School of Banking. He is a past member of the Board of Directors of the Iowa Independent Bankers Association.

D. Clay Boatman

Vice President

Clay joins Quad City Bank & Trust with over 13 years of banking experience. As Vice President, Clay is responsible for providing Correspondent Banking solutions to financial institutions in the Iowa market. He is a graduate of the University of Iowa with a degree in Business and currently serves on the Iowa Bankers Association Executive Management Committee.

Amy J. Braack

Vice President

Amy provides correspondent products and services designed to meet the individual needs of banks throughout Iowa and Illinois. This coupled with a passion for providing exceptional service creates lasting financial partnerships. Amy joined the bank in 1995 and is a graduate of St. Ambrose University with a concentration in Finance and a minor in Economics. Amy serves on the Iowa Independent Bankers Leaders of Tomorrow Committee and has completed the Iowa School of Banking.

Jay Johnson

1st Vice President

As a former Credit Administration and Compliance Officer, Jay uses his attention to detail, bank regulation knowledge and credit analysis experience to provide loans tailored to fit his client's specific needs. Prior to joining Quad City Bank & Trust in 1998, he worked for the United States Treasury Department as a National Bank Examiner. Jay is a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University and is on the board of Friendly House, Illowa Council Boy Scouts Board and is active in DavenportOne.

Jack J. Kuebel

Vice President

Jack brings over 26 years of correspondent banking experience to our Correspondent Banking team. Prior to focusing his career on correspondent banking, Jack worked as a Commissioned Federal Reserve Bank Examiner at the Federal Reserve Bank in St. Louis, Missouri for 12 years. As Vice President, Jack is committed to maintaining and establishing new relationships with community banks by providing high quality correspondent banking services to enhance the performance of their institutions. He is active in the community and is a graduate of McKendree University in Lebanon, Illinois.

Stacy Barenz

Correspondent Banking Operations Specialist

Stacy oversees daily operations activities for correspondent banks, including cash management functions, cash letter exchange, and safekeeping services. Stacy graduated from the University of Iowa with a BBA in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management and Organizations. Stacy joined Quad City Bank & Trust in 2010 with over 3 years of banking and over 6 years of professional work experience. She has been focused on increasing and enhancing safekeeping services to correspondent banking clients.

Connie Garcia

Correspondent Banking Relationship Specialist

Connie brings over 18 years of banking experience to the Correspondent Team. Connie is able to incorporate her prior experience in accounting and operations to coordinate the implementation and conversion of new correspondent banking relationships. This knowledge enables her to provide exceptional service while conducting wire transfers and cash management of correspondent banks.

Pam Cronkleton

Correspondent Banking Specialist

Pam draws upon her 30 years of banking experience to assist in correspondent cash management and domestic and international wire transfers. Her valuable experience in retail banking, operations, and accounting assists in providing the essential functions needed to serve correspondent banks.

Lori Reynolds

Correspondent Banking Specialist

As Correspondent Banking Specialist, Lori provides excellent customer service and daily support to correspondent banking clients. She is also responsible for administering the operational activity of the Correspondent Banking department and managing the daily cash position for all correspondent banks.

Lilly Aniol

Assistant Vice President, Cash Management Supervisor

As Assistant Vice President, Cash Management Supervisor, Lilly is responsible for the overall management of bank funds at the Federal Reserve and other upstream correspondent banks. She also supervises the daily operations of the Wire Transfer Department. Lilly is a graduate of St. Ambrose University and has over 25 years of experience in the banking industry, joining Quad City Bank & Trust in 1993. Lilly is active in the community, volunteering for the Student Hunger Drive, the Quad-City Times Bix 7, and as a member of the steering committee for the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure.

Pamela J. Bull

Senior Wire Transfer Specialist

Pamela brings 18 years of valuable banking experience to the Correspondent Banking Team. As Senior Wire Transfer Specialist, she is responsible for sending and retrieving domestic and international wires, saving bond orders, and deposit processing.

Lisa A. Patterson

Wire Transfer Specialist

Lisa is responsible for wire transfer operations, saving bond orders, and other daily functions. She earned her Accounting degree from the American Institute of Business in Des Moines, IA. She is active in her local church, and the Music and Athletic Boosters in the Cal-Wheat school district.

Sherrie Larson

Vice President, Operations

Sherrie Larson utilizes over 27 years of banking operations experience as Vice President, Item Processing. She joined Quad City Bank & Trust in 2001 and is responsible for the daily operation of the Item Processing personnel. Her expertise guarantees the efficient processing of Fed Inclearings, over-the-counter POD transactions and cash letter processing. In addition, Sherrie is responsible for statement generation and rendering for all of QCR Holdings Inc.'s subsidiaries and correspondent banks. She is also a graduate of Midwest School for Community Bankers. Active in the community, Sherrie volunteers for the Orion Community School District, Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure, the Festival of Trees and is a member of the Orion American Legion Auxiliary.

Olivia Ortega

Item Processing Manager Officer

Olivia oversees the daily operations of the Item Processing Department. Olivia has over 32 years of hands on experience in various roles in items processing. This knowledge enables her to provide exceptional customer service to all bank clients. She is active in the community as a Junior Achievement program volunteer, Humility of Mary's Advisory and Gathering Committee, and the Mississippi Valley Regional Blood Center.
