Cynthia is responsible for all products, services and functions across the Division - Trust Services, Investment Services, Family Office Services and Financial Planning Services. She provides oversight and direction for all daily operations and client support needs and assures all activities are in compliance with state and federal requirements. She has 30+ years of financial services industry experience including executive management, operations, investment operations, product management, marketing and technology.

Rick is responsible for the management of the Trust Department. He worked for 10 years in the Trust Department at Davenport Bank & Trust (now Wells Fargo) before establishing the department for Quad City Bank & Trust. Formerly a tax specialist with KPMG Peat Marwick, Rick combines trust knowledge and tax experience to provide financial planning expertise for our clients. Rick is a Certified Public Accountant and holds degrees in Accounting and Finance from Northern Illinois University.

As Chief Investment Officer, Rand oversees the QCR Holdings, Inc. Investment Group. He provides portfolio management for each affiliate bank, and for each trust department, including formulating investment strategies and managing client accounts. Prior to joining QCR Holdings, Inc. in 2000, he acquired 13 years of investment experience, serving most recently as Chief Investment Officer for USBANCORP Trust Company (now AmeriServ Financial) in Johnstown, PA. Rand earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 1991. He received his undergraduate degree from Bethel College in St. Paul, MN.

Gary is responsible for administering trust and estate accounts. Prior to joining Quad City Bank & Trust in 1996, Gary administered trusts and estates at First of America Bank (now PNC) in Rock Island for 18 years. Gary has more than 35 years of Trust Department experience and his areas of expertise include tax and estate planning. He received his undergraduate degree from Iowa State University prior to obtaining Law and Master's Degrees from the University of Iowa.

Jim is responsible for new business development and also serves as a trust administrator for account relationships. He was formerly with Davenport Bank & Trust (now Wells Fargo) for 11 years prior to joining Quad City Bank & Trust in 1997. As a Certified Senior Advisor, Jim serves as a resource to our customers and staff on a variety of matters relating specifically to senior citizens. Jim is the current chairman of the board for the non-profit organization, Thomas Merton House (Café on Vine), and is active in several other community organizations. He has served as a Chamber of Commerce Ambassador for over 20 years. Jim is a graduate of the University of Iowa.

Bill is responsible for administering trust accounts and developing new business. Prior to joining Quad CIty Bank & Trust, he worked for 13 years at First Midwest Trust Company in Moline. Bill has served on many boards of directors for non-profit organizations and currently serves on two investment advisory committees. Bill is a graduate of the ABA National Trust School and has earned the designation of Certified Retirement Services Professional. He received his undergraduate degree from Western Illinois University.

Paul is responsible for administering trust and estate accounts in the department. He worked for 8 years as Manager of Tax and Compliance at Rock River Trust Company. His prior employment also included tax and audit experience with McGladrey & Pullen. Paul is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a degree in Accounting from Creighton University. Paul is active in the community as a board member of the Salvation Army, the Youth Service Bureau, and Moline Kiwanis. He also volunteers for the John Deere Classic.

Brenda is responsible for administering investment management, trust, and estate accounts. She has worked in the financial industry for more than 20 years, the last 10 of which have been in the trust field. She received her undergraduate degree in Finance from Iowa State University and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Iowa. Brenda is active in the community serving the United Way and Alternatives for the Older Adult.

She is a graduate of Cannon Financial Institute Trust School.
